Casale Calabria is situated in the heart of one of the most picturesque areas of the Calabrian Tyrrhenian coast, just a short distance from the sea in Gizzeria, which is internationally renowned for kitesurfing due to its consistent winds and safe, beginner-friendly spot. This stretch of coastline features a mix of wide, well-equipped beaches and more rugged coves, where the connection to nature remains genuine and the sea boasts remarkable clarity.

Just a few kilometers from the property lies the Lametino hinterland, dotted with charming rural villages, hills adorned with olive groves, fragrant citrus orchards, and scenic trails perfect for hiking, biking, or horseback riding. Among these, Falerna, Cleto, and the medieval village of Curinga, known for its thermal baths and the hermitage of Sant'Elia, are definitely worth a visit.
