Nestled in the serene countryside of Sannio, Alma Migrante is a family-run guesthouse that invites its visitors into an authentic and calming environment. Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, citrus trees, and a lush garden of roses and hydrangeas, this small haven is designed for those looking to escape the daily hustle and reconnect with nature.

The establishment features four meticulously decorated rooms, each with unique furnishings and layouts, yet all sharing a commitment to comfort. Every room includes a private bathroom, complimentary Wi-Fi, a TV, a kettle, and a tea set. The walls are adorned with designs inspired by local fruits, reflecting the warm colors of the surrounding land. The Melograno room, located upstairs with independent access, offers enhanced privacy and includes a cozy bathtub, while the other rooms boast balconies or windows overlooking the greenery.

Guests can enjoy spacious outdoor areas: a welcoming veranda with views of the countryside, a wooden gazebo ideal for relaxation, and a flowering garden where even four-legged friends can roam freely. A secure, free parking area is available for cars, motorcycles, and campers.

The day begins with breakfast at the affiliated Memmè Cafè, featuring coffee or cappuccino and a fresh croissant. Throughout the day, the garden and common areas provide coolness and tranquility, with comfortable spots for reading, playing cards, or simply being serenaded by the sounds of nature.

For those wishing to explore the area, e-bikes can be rented to discover the villages of Sannio, the thermal waters of Telese, or the trails of the Grassano Park. The local calendar is filled with events such as wine, mushroom, and grape festivals, as well as Christmas markets.

Passionately managed by the children of Arnaldo and Angelina, Alma Migrante is much more than just a place to stay; it is a project born from a story of return and rediscovered roots, a space where every detail expresses a love for the land and hospitality. Here, guests come to unwind, but they return to feel at home.

Hey, I'm Patricia & Ennio

Caring for Alma Migrante is a family bound by a deep connection to the land and a history rich in meaning. Patricia dedicates herself to the garden and vineyard, cherishing nature, and thanks to her background in foreign languages, she is always ready to welcome guests from around the world with valuable information and advice. Ennio, the in-house sommelier, passionately oversees the family wine production, harvesting the fruits of the earth and sharing them joyfully. Maria, attentive to the harmony of the surroundings, takes care of the furnishings and decorative details of the establishment, making every space warm and inviting. Together, they continue the dream of Arnaldo and Angelina, who emigrated to Switzerland in the 1960s with the desire to create a home to return to. Today, Alma Migrante is the realization of that dream: a residence where every guest is welcomed with warmth, as part of a story that continues to thrive.

Area Campagna

The area where Alma Migrante is located is an authentic corner of the Sannio countryside, away from the more popular tourist routes yet abundant in charm, traditions, and natural beauty. Here, the landscape is characterized by gentle hills cultivated with vineyards and olive groves, with neat rows following the terrain's contours and small villages nestled among the fields, where time seems to pass more slowly.

The air is fresh, the scents change with the seasons, and the silence is only broken by the sounds of nature. This region is perfect for those seeking genuine experiences, from visits to local wineries for tastings of Sannio wines, to artisan workshops where pottery is still crafted by hand, and markets where one can discover local products such as cheeses, cured meats, honey, and preserves.

There are numerous nature trails ideal for hiking or biking: paths through vineyards, country roads, woodlands, and waterways provide opportunities to experience nature at a leisurely pace. Not far away are the thermal waters of Telese, perfect for a refreshing break, and the Grassano Park, with its green meadows and crystal-clear springs, ideal for picnics and family outings.

Throughout the year, the villages of Sannio host festivals celebrating wine, mushrooms, grapes, and other local specialties, offering visitors a chance to immerse themselves in the local culture, filled with music, delicious food, and a sense of community.

Its strategic location makes Alma Migrante an ideal stop for those traveling to other destinations in Southern Italy: it is about an hour from Naples and two hours from Rome or Bari. However, it is by staying a few days that one truly discovers the spirit of this corner of Campania, where hospitality is genuine, and every experience is infused with the essence of heartfelt craftsmanship.
