Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 12:00 PM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Municipal tax of €3.00 per person per night is applicable up to 14 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax

Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00

Rooms are cleaned every 5 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 12:00 PM

Other notes
Located in a private park in the Arenella district, ~15 minutes from the Medaglie d'Oro and Rione Alto metro stops, the B&B Pacifico is large, sunny, and panoramic. Free parking on the driveway is guaranteed at the first access for cars of maximum size 4.25m-1.85m, height 1.75m. Subsequent movements of the vehicle do not guarantee the use of the place. The self-service breakfast consists of coffee, tea, juice, yogurt, jam, and snacks... LGBTQ+ friendly.
