Its strategic location allows visitors to reach the main archaeological sites of the Campi Flegrei and access connections to Naples, Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, and the islands of Procida, Ischia, and Capri in just a few minutes.

The property, an ancient family farmhouse, is nestled among citrus trees, olive groves, and fruit trees, offering breathtaking views of the Roman necropolis and the Gulf of Pozzuoli. The charm of the past blends with modern comfort in carefully designed and country-style furnished spaces, featuring details that narrate the history of the house and the surrounding area. The six rooms, spread across two living units, are bright and panoramic, equipped with private bathrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibars, TVs, and safes. Two of these rooms are designed as "residence" accommodations, featuring independent kitchens and can accommodate up to five people.

Guests can unwind in the distinctive outdoor areas, which include a solarium, a children's play area, ping pong, and barbecue facilities, or enjoy the cozy reception lounge “La Stalla,” once a feeding area for animals, now transformed into a welcoming space for reading and socializing. Rooms and Rates

Breakfast is served in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, thoughtfully and simply arranged. During the warmer months, guests can enjoy it outdoors on the terraces or in the garden, while in the colder months, it is offered in the breakfast room.

With the bed and breakfast option, breakfast is generally served directly by the hosts. For those who prefer more independence, a fully set table with all the essentials is available, allowing guests to help themselves, while the establishment handles the cleanup.

With the apartment option, guests prepare their own breakfast. Upon request, essential ingredients are provided directly in the kitchen to ensure freedom and flexibility.

The offerings include milk at the desired temperature, hot or cold coffee, tea, freshly squeezed orange juice or other juices, Nesquik, yogurt, seasonal fresh fruit, homemade pastries, cookies, cereals, bread or toast, butter, honey, and artisanal jams. If available, croissants, eggs, cold cuts, and other specialties are also offered. Specific dietary requirements are accommodated upon request.

The establishment is situated in a prime location, just a short distance from the city center and public transport that connects to the main tourist attractions. Guests can choose to explore the area either by car or on foot. Despite its central location, it is surrounded by a charming citrus park, nestled in the tranquility of lush greenery. The countryside ambiance provides a pleasant coolness even during the hottest summer months. Numerous archaeological sites are nearby, each with its unique charm, and the parks in the Phlegraean area offer various experiences. Among the wonders to visit are the Roman Necropolis (adjacent to the property), Rione Terra (1.5 km away), Solfatara (2 km away), the Temple of Serapis (1.2 km away), the captivating island of Procida (boarding point 1.5 km away with a 20-minute boat ride), and just beyond that, Ischia. Naples is only 20 minutes away, while Pompeii and Herculaneum are easily accessible via the ring road (40 minutes) or by train. There are countless other adventures to discover!
