The House of the Pomegranate is an ancient farmhouse from the 19th century, now transformed into an elegant bed and breakfast overlooking the Fjord of Furore. Meticulously restored to maintain its original style and enhanced with modern technologies, the villa welcomes guests into refined spaces featuring vaulted ceilings, Vietri ceramics, and wrought iron chandeliers crafted by the passionate owner, Umberto.

Each room, equipped with a private terrace or balcony facing the sea, offers modern comforts such as Wi-Fi, smart TVs, air conditioning, minibars, and memory foam mattresses. The private bathrooms are adorned with typical tiles, and attention to detail makes each space unique. The property includes an elevator, a solarium, and communal areas designed for relaxation, along with six rooms that retain the names of the activities that once took place there.

In the morning, a hearty breakfast is served with typical pastries, sfogliatelle, cakes, yogurt, fresh bread, jams, and hot beverages, with an option for a savory breakfast upon request. The panoramic terrace offers views stretching from Salerno to Capri, in a tranquility broken only by the sound of the sea and birdsong.

The bed and breakfast provides exclusive services such as scooter rentals for exploring the Amalfi Coast at leisure, boat tours to Capri, and guided excursions between the sea and scenic trails. Vintage Vespas can also be rented for ceremonies and special events, adding an unforgettable touch of Italian charm.

Its location is one of the most picturesque along the Amalfi Coast: perched above the fjord, with access to one of the most beautiful trails in the world, and just a few kilometers from Amalfi, Positano, and Ravello. Pompeii and other cultural destinations are easily reachable, while nearby you will find partner restaurants and beach establishments.

The House of the Pomegranate combines tradition and hospitality in a unique setting, offering guests a stay immersed in the sea, history, and timeless beauty.

Area Fiordo di Furore

The Fjord of Furore is one of the most stunning spots along the Amalfi Coast, a place that blends the power of nature with historical charm. This spectacular cove, shaped by time and the sea between towering rocky cliffs, hides a small pebble beach and a village of fishermen's houses clinging to the cliffside, where time seems to have stood still.

The bridge that spans the fjord, rising over thirty meters high, offers one of the most iconic views of the coast and hosts an annual stop on the World High Diving Championship. Surrounding the fjord are ancient paths that connect villages and terraced vineyards and lemon groves, providing trekking routes that combine sea and mountain in unforgettable vistas.

Furore's location is perfect for exploring the entire Amalfi Coast. In just a few kilometers, you can reach Amalfi, with its cathedral and lively squares, Ravello, famous for its historic villas and music festivals, and Positano, with its colorful houses perched on the cliffs and vibrant beaches. Also nearby are Pompeii and Herculaneum, must-visit sites for archaeology enthusiasts, as well as Naples, known for its artistic and culinary heritage.

Those who choose to stay here find themselves immersed in an authentic setting, where nature, culture, and tradition intertwine in a landscape that UNESCO has declared a World Heritage Site. The fjord, with its crystal-clear waters and an atmosphere suspended between silence and beauty, provides the perfect backdrop to experience the Amalfi Coast in its most intimate essence.
