Three two-room apartments are located on the ground floor of the historic farmhouse, featuring independent entrances and renovated spaces that respect the original style; four modern studio apartments are situated in the building at the back, overlooking the same courtyard. Each accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Dorelan mattresses, independent heating and air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay, whether short or long.

Outside, there is a large equipped park, perfect for alternating relaxation with social moments. A gazebo, barbecue, solarium, outdoor tables, ping pong, and foosball are set in a natural environment where children can play safely, and adults can unwind at a leisurely pace, enjoying reading in the shade and walking on the grass. Surrounding the area, rows of vines and fruit orchards invite leisurely strolls among the scents and colors of the countryside, with the option, during the season, to pick fruit directly from the trees. A common room with a large table accommodates groups when the weather does not permit outdoor activities.

The facility is particularly suited for families and groups of friends, thanks to the option to reserve the entire complex or a single building, always maintaining an intimate and informal atmosphere. Pets are welcome in the ground-floor two-room apartments, ensuring easy access and open spaces for them to move freely. Cyclists and motorcyclists will find a secure garage, a small workshop, and dedicated maintenance areas, along with scenic routes winding through hills, back roads, and natural trails.
