This establishment was born from a desire to provide genuine and warm hospitality, rooted in a long-standing family tradition connected to the land and its produce. The project was developed on the upper floor of a small house surrounded by the Montescudo countryside, making it an ideal spot for exploring the hinterlands of Romagna, Montefeltro, Valconca, and the nearby Republic of San Marino.

The newly built rooms are carefully decorated to ensure comfort and independence. They feature private bathrooms, air conditioning, independent heating, LCD TVs, free Wi-Fi, minibars, coffee machines with pods, and private entrances, allowing guests maximum freedom during their stay.

Breakfast, served in a room with panoramic views, is prepared with local ingredients and products from the family farm: homemade pastries, jams, yogurt, juices, and other simple yet flavorful delights.
