The property features thirteen rooms, including seven classic rooms, one economy room, and five Superior rooms. All accommodations are equipped with private bathrooms, air conditioning, independent heating, LCD TVs, and minibars. The spacious and bright Superior rooms also come with a fully equipped kitchenette to ensure complete independence during the stay.

Common areas are designed for relaxation and social interaction. The Wellness Room, featuring a sauna and emotional shower, is perfect for unwinding, while the small lounge with a fireplace provides a warm ambiance during the winter months. Outside, the large garden with ponds invites guests to stroll through nature along the cycle and pedestrian path connecting Malalbergo and Altedo for approximately 10 kilometers.
