The stone house, passed down through generations, welcomes guests with the warmth of tradition and the allure of unspoiled nature. The nearby river flows gently, inviting relaxation with its soothing sounds, while the sun, moon, and stars provide a natural spectacle that accompanies each day. Here, nature is a constant presence, offering an authentic refuge for those looking to reconnect with it.

The B&B features three rooms, each with a private bathroom, characterized by wooden ceilings with exposed beams and parquet floors. The decor is carefully designed, with spacious wardrobes and beds fitted with wooden slats and hypoallergenic orthopedic mattresses. The high-quality bed linens and the bathrooms, all equipped with windows, offer wall-mounted sanitary fixtures, generous showers, and hot water provided by solar panels.

Located in the Tosco-Emiliano Apennines, the bed and breakfast is surrounded by lush blueberry meadows and chestnut forests within a river park where two streams converge. The establishment, an ancient stone building perched on the mountainside, has been recently renovated to maintain its authentic charm while ensuring modern comfort. Cool in summer and warm in winter, it provides a family-friendly atmosphere in a setting rich in natural beauty and tourist trails.

Nearby Fanano is famous for its wild blueberries, river fishing, historical reenactments of the Christmas nativity scene, and stone sculptures. Numerous cultural and sporting events enliven the area throughout the year, from trekking competitions to mountain biking and e-biking trails, as well as winter sports.

Ideal for an active vacation amidst the wonders of the Apennines, a relaxing getaway for couples, or a shared experience with family and friends, the B&B offers accommodation and breakfast, with options for customized packages to explore the area's scenic, cultural, and gastronomic heritage.
Rooms and Rates
Breakfast is served in a cozy little tavern that was once the site of a dry cleaner, where presses were used to squeeze fabrics. This charming tavern has been carved into the rock, and the "wall" of the staircase is actually a natural stone wall, showing visible marks from the chiseling. During the winter, the wood stove is lit, fostering an atmosphere of timeless tranquility. In the summer, the tavern provides direct access to the riverside park and the river, offering a delightful opportunity to connect with nature.

Hey, I'm Patrizia

We are a close-knit family where everyone contributes their unique talents. I, Patrizia, manage our B&B, always available to ensure a warm welcome, upholding the hospitality tradition that defines us. Now, I can fully immerse myself in this wonderful journey, and Fanano turns out to be the ideal place for us: surrounded by a charming environment, filled with friends and abundant events. My son Emilio is an engineer with a strong passion for eco-villages, providing his technical and practical expertise, particularly in sustainability. With his help, we strive to live more consciously and responsibly. My other son Enrico and my husband Argio are the essential support when we dare to dream big. Grandma Valeria also adds her affectionate touch, evident in many details of our home. Our neighbor Caio guides us in exploring the river and the surrounding mountains, while many friends visit and leave their mark. Each guest is a valuable resource for us and always finds a place in our family, which grows day by day.
