The apartment is located on the ground floor with easy access for individuals with disabilities (a small 3 cm step) and features a fully equipped kitchen, bed and bath linens, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and a shared garden with the owners, perfect for outdoor relaxation. There is also free, unmonitored parking available.

The double bedroom is cozy and can accommodate a crib for children up to 4 years upon request. The living room includes two separate sofa beds, one single and one that is a three-quarter size, making it an ideal choice for families, colleagues, or small groups of friends. The apartment is nestled in the Bolognese countryside, offering a pleasant view of the surrounding hills.

The Italian breakfast includes a coffee machine with pods, tea, milk, cookies, toast, and packaged products like jams and spreads. For longer stays, fresh bread or eggs can be requested.

Nearby, you will find traditional restaurants, museums, and iconic companies like Ducati, Carpigiani, and Lamborghini, all easily accessible for visits.
