La Quercia Maison des Arts welcomes its guests in a charming stone house nestled in the greenery of the Emilia hills, located in Vezzano sul Crostolo, in the La Vecchia area. Situated about 15 km from Reggio Emilia and just 600 meters from the SS 63 road, the property enjoys a secluded and peaceful position, perfect for those looking to take a refreshing break in nature while still having convenient access to connections.

The atmosphere here is that of an authentic place where hospitality is expressed with simplicity and warmth. A stay becomes an experience filled with genuine gestures, true flavors, and relaxed rhythms, set in a context that reflects the most sincere charm of the Emilia region.

The recent renovation has enhanced the spaces, which are now designed to provide comfort and functionality. Guests can opt for a private two-level apartment that accommodates up to 6 people, featuring two double bedrooms (also available for single use), a living room with a TV and two additional beds, a spacious bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a private garden. Additionally, there is a single room available in a shared apartment with the owners, complete with an adjacent bathroom. Other amenities include private parking, free WiFi, linen and towel changes, and breakfast included.

In the morning, a generous breakfast is served that celebrates the simplicity of authentic flavors: bread with butter and homemade jams made by the owner from ancient fruits, without additives or preservatives, homemade pastries, and, depending on the season, fruit tarts. Savory options related to local traditions, such as Parma ham and Parmigiano Reggiano, are also available.

During the warmer months, the fenced garden with a barbecue provides a pleasant outdoor space that is also suitable for small gatherings and social moments. Children are welcome, and dogs are allowed upon request.

The location is particularly appreciated by those wishing to explore an area rich in scenic, historical, and cultural allure. Nearby, one can find characteristic villages, Matilda-era castles, medieval tower houses, monumental oaks, prestigious chapels, spectacular gullies, and the landscapes of the Tosco-Emiliano National Park, all within a nature reserve recognized by UNESCO as a MAB area.

For those wishing to use the spacious dining room, fully equipped with dishes, plates, and table linens, there is an additional charge per person. Meals can only be consumed inside the dining room. From October to March, an extra fee is also required for heating usage.
