Also known as "Da Mauro" Restaurant, its history unfolds through a long tradition. In the past, this establishment was a trattoria that served a bit of everything, becoming a landmark for locals and travelers alike.

The credit for revitalizing this historic venue goes to Giovanni, popularly known as Mauro. In 1981, he purchased the restaurant and, along with his family, embarked on a journey that transformed it into one of the most beloved spots in the province. After a complete renovation, the restaurant reopened its doors in 1983.
