For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €0.70 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 1 do not pay municipal tax

Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00

Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price

Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size (short-haired) by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, with pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces
- Garden, bowl
- A daily cost of 15 € is due per pet with a one-time additional cost of 15 € for final cleaning
- Pet damage deposit: 50.00 €
