The property is situated in the countryside, in a peaceful area of San Lazzaro di Savena, providing guests with a relaxing stay and convenient parking on-site.

Spread over two floors, the B&B features a spacious kitchen and a large common room on the ground floor, while the guest rooms and an additional bathroom are located on the first floor. The rooms, furnished with new furniture, come equipped with air conditioning, heating, a TV, and free Wi-Fi. A continental breakfast is available in the kitchen and can be enjoyed independently, thanks to the presence of a machine for hot and cold drinks. Small pets are welcome.

Villino Margherita boasts a strategic location, just 800 meters from the highway exit and the ring road, allowing easy access to the fair area and the airport in approximately 15 minutes. Additionally, the San Lazzaro train station is only 500 meters away, offering a quick five-minute ride to Bologna's central station. While having a personal vehicle for transportation is recommended, a free shuttle service is available upon prior request.
