B&B La Cicala of Gambellara

Over the past 10 years the Bed & Breakfast "La Cicala" has been able to offer smiles and warmth of family giving friendly service to our guests as if they were part of our land. Located amid the lush green and quiet countryside near Ravenna, in a strategic area close to major tourist destinations of the Adriatic Coast which the city of Ravenna, the Wonderland Park, Marina di Ravenna, Class, Cervia, Milano Marittima and Cesenatico.

The B&B offers single, double, triple and quadruple rooms with air conditioning, fan, TV and DVD Player. Each room has a private bathroom complete with services, furnished with sheets blankets and towels, daily cleaning and daily wash. To the customer, the Bed & Breakfast offers the possibility of using, a kitchen,
possibility of use bicycles for local trips.

The B&B has a room for dinners and parties, and a little kitchen with barbeque.

In the B&B is a playground, table tennis, swings and football.

We recall that in January 2011 that the Bed & Breakfast uses environmentally friendly renewable energy through solar power system.

We were very happy to have found availability at such short notice on a holiday weekend. Our hosts were very friendly and eager to learn about who we are. They were equally open in sharing about themselves. Their experience at being hosts is evident in the ease they feel around their guests. They were particularly welcoming of our dachshund. We thoroughly enjoyed driving out of the city of Ravenna and finding ourselves in the open countryside, surrounded by apple orchards, wheat fields, radishes and silence. We highly recommend La Cicala for those who are looking for an experience a little different from that offered in a typical hotel.

We have just returned from a wonderful week spent at B&B La Cicala and beyond the optimal location for reaching various parks on the Riviera, especially Mirabilandia which is very close, beyond the room, which is very spacious, airy, clean with an attached very large terrace where you can bask in the cool during the evenings, what delighted us most about this place was the friendliness and availability of the owners, Maria and Alberigo, who made us feel at home. Not to forget the breakfast, really excellent and plentiful with really delicious homemade cakes. We will definitely return.

Ottima posizione in campagna e facilmente raggiungibile. Stanze arredate in modo un po' improvvisato, ma dotate dell'essenziale. Scarsa pulizia: ho trovato l'interno e il bordo della tazza del wc sporchi (macchia ben visibile e facilmente identificabile).

Il nostro soggiorno è stato breve ma abbiamo avuto ugualmente un'ottima accoglienza dai gentili proprietari che ci hanno fatto sentire davvero come a casa. La struttura si trova in un ambiente molto tranquillo. Ottima la pulizia dei locali. Sicuramente lo consigliamo.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni, ci siamo trovati benissimo, ci hanno accolto da subito come se fossimo dei loro nipoti. I miei bambini chiamano i due gestori “i nonnini” da tanto si sono affezionati. Il B&B si trova a 10 minuti Dai parchi divertimenti (Mirabilandia, Safari), è immerso nel verde ed estremamente curato. Numerosi giochi per i bambini nel giardino. Consigliatissimo.

Noi cerchiamo sempre di fare il meglio che possiamo, trattare, anzi "coccolare" i nostri clienti come fossero parte della casa. Cerchiamo più che possiamo di creare un ambiente, come ha scritto lei, di fiducia reciproca con il nostro ospite, di rendere il nostro luogo un ambiente dal calore familiare e non solo un luogo dove dormire e fare colazione ma natura e relax in un ambiente rurale dove poter si rilassare godendosi il posto. Speriamo al più presto di riavervi fra noi.

L'Aspetto migliore di questo bel bed & breakfast è sicuramente l'accoglienza: la signora Maria e il signor Alberico, ma anche Cheryl, Filippo e il piccolo Philip ci hanno fatti sentire davvero in famiglia e di questo li ringraziamo di cuore. Abbiamo dovuto interrompere il nostro soggiorno in anticipo per problemi personali e siamo partiti con le lacrime agli occhi. La nostra stanza (pulita e funzionale) con bagno privato era al piano terra e disponevamo anche di un'ampia e attrezzata cucina attigua. La colazione era ricca e genuina. Siamo stati davvero molto bene!

Cordiale ospitalità, spazio ottimo per bambini che potevano giocare tranquillamente all'esterno, pulizia bagno ottima. Colazione perfetta con torte e biscotti fatti in casa. Sembrava di trascorrere un fine settimana nella casa dei nonni.
