Casa Flosa is a charming historic farmhouse from the late 19th century, completely renovated to provide modern and comfortable hospitality in the serene countryside between Emilia and Romagna. Located in Medicina, the property is set within a spacious tree-lined courtyard, just a short walk from the town center and in a strategic position: only 25 minutes from Bologna and its exhibition center, 15 minutes from the Castel San Pietro Terme train station, and 8 minutes from the A14 motorway.

Managed by the Dall’Olio family since 1997, the house welcomes guests into its three main rooms, which are spacious and bright, featuring vaulted ceilings and exposed brick columns that reflect the farmhouse's history. Each room is equipped with a large double bed and, upon request, a sofa bed. Breakfast, when ordered, is prepared directly in the room, with the option to choose between sweet or savory items, allowing guests to enjoy their meal independently, even outdoors at the courtyard tables. All products available in the room are complimentary, allowing guests to make tea, coffee, and herbal infusions using the machines provided.

Access to the property is fully automated, with a code that grants entry from the gate to the internal parking area and up to the door of the guest's room, ensuring privacy and freedom of movement at any time during the stay.

Nearby, guests can find the municipal swimming pool, sports fields, and the town center with bars, restaurants, and services. Those who enjoy walking can explore the surrounding countryside, taking in the stunning views of the Apennines. Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Casa Flosa is situated in the outskirts of Medicina, in a location that blends the tranquility of the countryside with the convenience of urban amenities. Just a short walk away is the town center, bustling with cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries, and shops, perfect for experiencing the daily life of the area. Essential services such as a pharmacy, supermarket, post office, and banks are also readily available.

Approximately 300 meters from the property, there are well-equipped sports facilities, including a public swimming pool that is open during the warm season and covered in winter, as well as a large area featuring tennis courts, beach tennis, beach volleyball, beach soccer, and a skating rink.
