Ottima accoglienza, la casa è fuori Rimini e per questo, probabilmente, nel periodo estivo è consigliatissima. Luogo silenzioso che permette di rilassarsi senza il caos del centro città. Facilmente si raggiungono tutti i luoghi principali. La stanza ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello, un capiente armadio e una cassettiera. Il bagno è ampio con doccia e bidet. Asciugamani fornite. Tutto come descritto in anticipo. È presente il wi-fi.

La struttura è situata in collina, in una zona molto tranquilla, con un splendida vista panoramica. Posizione ottima per raggiungere sia Rimini che Riccione. Peccato che tutta la zona fuori (giardino e esterni) risulta molto poco curata, quasi abbandonata. All'interno la sala d'ingresso dove viene servita la colazione è arredata con mobili molto vecchi, molta polvere e ragnatele, come anche le altre aeree comuni: salottino con caminetto, ecc. La struttura ha al piano superiore tre camere. Anche la camera, noi abbiamo prenotato una matrimoniale, sebbene un attimo più curata nella scelta dei mobili con tv, condizionatore e wi-fi funzionante e con lenzuola e asciugamani perfettamente puliti, avrebbe avuto necessità di una pulita più a fondo (ragnatele alle finestre). In bagno avevamo un box doccia multi-funzione, che dalle foto appariva nuova e ben curata, un po' meno curata nella realtà. La colazione viene servita dal gestore, molto gentile e disponibile, ci sono dolci fatti in casa, pane fresco, biscotti e marmellata, possibilità di avere bevande calde come caffé, latte e thé. Poco adatta per persone con problemi di intolleranze, sicuramente va fatto presente prima.

Bellissima posizione panoramica sui primi colli riminesi, con vista su S. Marino e le colline dall'uscita Rimini Sud. Bella struttura, camere ben arredate e ampie, bagni grandi con docce confortevoli. Spazi comuni sia interni che esterni a disposizione degli ospiti. Buona la colazione con dolci casalinghi. Ottimo per famiglie con bambini grazie al patio verandato e al giardino. Grande disponibilità e simpatia dei gestori.

Struttura umida, almeno ciò che emanavano gli asciugamani era odore di muffa. Non consiglio la struttura.
