In a late 19th-century farmhouse surrounded by the Bolognese countryside, we offer two spacious and inviting rooms, each featuring a private bathroom, a relaxation area, and a view of the garden. Our recently renovated home retains the authentic warmth of a lived-in space and opens onto a large park with a swimming pool, perfect for unwinding during the warmer months. Each room includes air conditioning, a table, a sofa or armchair, a double bed, and, upon request, an additional cot. There is also a small refrigerator, but kitchen access is not provided.

Every morning, breakfast is served in the lounge, featuring a generous selection of sweet and savory items. During your stay, you can stroll through the garden, find a book from our library to read, or play with Bonnie, our adorable dog and household mascot.

We are located in the countryside, less than a minute from the Valsamoggia exit of the A1 motorway and just 12 minutes from Bologna Airport. Our location is ideal for travelers by car, providing easy access to Bologna, Modena, the Via Emilia, the Bologna Golf Club, the Unipol Arena, the Philip Morris factory, and the headquarters of major automotive brands like Ferrari, Ducati, and Lamborghini.

We live in the house and will always be available to offer assistance, suggestions, and, if you wish, pleasant conversations. Our establishment is private, and we do not provide keys; we will greet you upon every return. Therefore, we ask our guests to consider whether our focus on tranquility and shared experiences aligns with the type of stay they wish to have.

We cannot accommodate pets, and smoking is not allowed in the rooms. It is essential to have your own vehicle to reach us, as public transport does not serve the area. With proper planning, you can freely explore a region rich in natural beauty, culinary excellence, and cultural itineraries.
