You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 2 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €20.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

La signora Monica è stata super accogliente e disponibile. La struttura si trova in un posto stupendo sulle colline riminesi, colazione super abbondante con tutto quello che si può desiderare Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati! Peccato avere trascorso solo 3 notti! Ci hanno accolto con un pensierino e il mini appartamento era curatissimo! Faremo tanta pubblicità!

Ottima struttura immersa nel verde, non sembra nemmeno di essere a 5 minuti dal mare. Vista spettacolare su San Marino, e sulla vallate circostante. I locali sono super puliti, caldi, e molto confortevoli, colazione super abbondante, sembra di essere in un albergo di 4 stelle. La proprietaria gentilissima e a disposizione. Vi invito caldamente a soggiornare.

I gestori Monica e Gabriele cordialissimi e disponibilissimi per qualsiasi cosa, il B&B è situato in una posizione incantevole e strategica (in pochi minuti si può andare al mare, al centro di Rimini, S. Leo e San Marino).
