Located within a renovated rural house, nestled amidst the greenery of a wildlife reserve surrounded by cultivated fields and expansive outdoor spaces, two guest rooms have been created on the upper floor, each featuring a private bathroom for exclusive use. The spaces are simply and functionally furnished, designed as if they were for our own family, offering a pleasant view of the garden.

The location is perfect for those seeking a peaceful base from which to explore Emilia. In about half an hour, you can reach Bologna, Modena, and Ferrara, as well as the Bologna Fair and the airport. Sant’Agata Bolognese, known for the Lamborghini factory, is just 10 minutes away, and Crevalcore, which offers quick train connections to Bologna, is only 3 km away.

Our home is welcoming and surrounded by nature, providing a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere. Each morning, we serve a hearty and wholesome breakfast, featuring bread, jams, pastries, yogurt, cereals, coffee, tea, and juices, available on weekdays from 7 to 9 and until 10 on weekends. The rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, linens, internet access, a mirror, and a luggage rack.

We have been living here for two years with our dogs, Quentin and Clea, and our cat, Briciola. We are happy to share tips and advice for making the most of this corner of Emilia. Even though we both work, we strive to be present to welcome guests with warmth and attentiveness, while respecting each individual's peace and privacy. The house offers free internal parking, and using a car is recommended for getting around.

Every morning, we greet our guests with a diverse and authentic breakfast, served in a relaxed and homely atmosphere. We offer fresh bread, jams, butter, yogurt, cereals, pastries, milk, coffee, cappuccino, tea, and orange juice. Breakfast is included with your stay and is available from 7 to 9 on weekdays, while on Saturdays and Sundays it is extended until 10 to allow for a more leisurely wake-up.

Just 10 minutes away is Sant’Agata Bolognese, renowned for the Lamborghini factory, where visitors can explore the museum and learn about the brand's history. Crevalcore, located 3 km away, is convenient for those who prefer traveling by train, as it offers a route to Bologna in approximately 25 minutes.
