La Bottega Celeste is a place filled with enchantment, warmth, and history. Nestled in a landscape adorned with gentle sunsets and peaceful horizons, this establishment is located in an area steeped in history, featuring castles, Romanesque churches, and archaeological sites that narrate the roots of an extraordinary region. Our Bottega pays tribute to Grandfather Celeste, a carpenter who masterfully blended the art of woodworking with a deep love for family, inspiring generations to preserve and share the true essence of hospitality.

The Bottega is much more than just a place to stay; it is a sanctuary that embodies the tradition and warmth of a family that has made caring for others its true mission. The three double rooms are furnished with pieces crafted by Grandfather Celeste’s workshop, with every detail designed to ensure your utmost comfort. Each room has its own bathroom and is independent from the others to guarantee maximum privacy. The Salice room features a sun terrace with breathtaking views and a spacious bathroom complete with a hydromassage tub. The Ciliegio room, in close contact with nature, provides access to the green area, while the Abete room, designed as a mini-apartment, includes a kitchen for those seeking more independence.

Breakfast is a true delight for the senses, featuring a selection of local and organic products that you can enjoy on the panoramic terrace or in the cozy kitchen carved into Grandfather Celeste’s cellar, showcasing exposed stones. Each day, we strive to offer not just a hearty breakfast but also moments of tranquility, thanks to a spacious lounge and reading area ideal for your relaxation.

At La Bottega Celeste, you will feel like part of a family that has turned tradition and guest care into an art form.
Rooms and Rates
Breakfast is a special time designed to pamper you from the very start of the day. Each morning, upon waking, you will find a rich and varied table ready to satisfy every palate. Carefully prepared sweet dishes include homemade jams, seasonal fresh fruit, cakes, tarts, and freshly baked croissants. To enhance the selection, there are yogurts, muesli, cereals, fruit juices, fresh bread, and toast.

For those with a sweet tooth, there are also crepes to enjoy with Nutella or jams. The savory buffet will delight you with local cured meats, typical cheeses, eggs, and a variety of dishes prepared upon request.

All of this will be accompanied by a selection of beverages, including coffee, herbal teas, tea, cappuccino, milk, and hot chocolate, all served with a smile in the Bottega del Nonno Celeste or in the charming sewing room of Nonna Maria. In this room, you can still admire details from a bygone era, such as the antique sewing machine, the fireplace, and the paintings on the ceiling, which will immerse you in an atmosphere of warm serenity.

Area

The establishment is nestled among the lush hills of Piacenza, just a short distance from significant historical sites to explore, such as the Gropparello Castle, Castell'Arquato, Veleia Romana, Castelnuovo Fogliani, and Vigoleno Castle. Additionally, it is located a few kilometers from the Monte Moria Provincial Park, where the Academy Adventure survival school is situated.

Why Bottega Celeste?

The name pays tribute to Celeste, the patriarch of the Bellini Family, who, along with his talented wife Maria, operated a carpentry shop since 1925. This B&B aims to provide a simple yet welcoming atmosphere, celebrating the traditional values of hospitality and joy that Grandpa Celeste instilled in us.

Here, you will have the chance to discover the ancient tools of our grandfather and, most importantly, to feel at home, immersing yourself in the values and flavors of a land with which the Bellini family shares a deep and unbreakable bond.
