Cascina La Buca is a family farmhouse dating back to the mid-1800s, beautifully renovated and situated in the stunning landscape of the Bolognese Hills, surrounded by rows of vineyards and olive groves. Located just 30 minutes from Bologna and Modena, it provides a charming retreat in an authentic and relaxing atmosphere.

The property features four rooms decorated in a rustic style, each with its own private bathroom. One of the rooms, located on the ground floor, has direct access to its own private garden, ensuring enhanced privacy and a closer connection to nature.

Guests can enjoy spacious shared areas, including a lounge with a TV and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy loft with a reading nook. Outside, the garden, barbecue area, and swimming pool create the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation.

Breakfast is served in the main lounge during the winter months, while in the warmer months, guests can enjoy it on the veranda or in the garden. Upon request, the entire farmhouse can be rented, accommodating up to 10 people for an exclusive stay focused on comfort and tranquility.

In 1986, Andra and Mauro made the decision to buy this charming 19th-century village, embarking on an ambitious restoration project that truly celebrates their love for the region. Cascina La Buca is beautifully situated among the picturesque Hills of Bologna. The renovation, which took over 15 years to complete, was carried out with the aim of meticulously preserving the structural elements, the original materials, and, importantly, the unique atmosphere of the place. Since 2009, Cascina La Buca has welcomed visitors from all around the globe, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes every stay unforgettable.
