Grandma's House is a standalone home located in the heart of the historic center of Castel del Rio, where the charm of traditional houses meets the modern comforts needed for a pleasant stay in any season. The rooms, decorated in a classic style with antique furniture and details inspired by the culture of the Romagna Apennines, create a warm and genuine atmosphere.

The entire residence is arranged on a single floor and features two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a seating area and reading nook, a dining area with a fireplace and an extendable table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, electric oven, and microwave. Upon request, a double sofa bed can be added in the living room.

Outside, guests can unwind on the large furnished terrace, perfect for outdoor meals during the warmer months, or in the small fenced garden with a barbecue, which is also suitable for those traveling with a small dog. Additional amenities include a private parking space, a washing machine, and a dedicated area for washing bicycles, especially appreciated by hikers and cycling tourists.

Grandma's House is situated in the historic center of Castel del Rio, in a location that allows easy walking access to restaurants, bars, shops, the swimming pool, and all the main services of the town. From here, you can stroll through the charming streets of the village, visit the famous Ponte degli Alidosi, one of the valley's landmarks, and the Castle, which houses the fascinating War Museum.

The area is an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts: there are trails for hiking, routes for mountain biking and downhill, scenic roads popular among motorcyclists, and the nearby Santerno River, which offers swimming areas during the summer season. Castel del Rio is also known for its traditional events celebrating local products, such as the Porcini Mushroom Festival, the Truffle Festival, and the historic Chestnut Festival.
