Just a few minutes from the center of Modena, nestled in the tranquility of the Emilia countryside, lies Le Noci di Feo, a bed and breakfast born from the Garuti family's dream of revitalizing their historic farmhouse from 1912. After spending 25 years in business, Paolo decided to shift his focus to hospitality, transforming his lifelong home with his family into a welcoming space for guests, treating them like old friends with sincerity and passion.

The property has been completely renovated while preserving its original rustic style, holding the memories of generations and narrating the story of a family deeply connected to this land. The name itself pays tribute to Alfeo, affectionately known as Feo, and the large walnut trees that shade the courtyard. The rooms, tastefully decorated with a rustic flair and attention to detail, are named after local flowers and offer every comfort: private bathrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, complimentary toiletries, hairdryers, and carefully selected linens. The Viole room, located on the ground floor, is also ideal for travelers with pets.

Common areas include a breakfast room converted from the former barn, complete with exposed beams and a large fireplace, as well as a loft where guests can relax with a book or enjoy a herbal tea. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, enhanced by items and fabrics crafted by local artisans and social enterprises, adding a human and cultural dimension to the experience.

Staying at Le Noci di Feo is not merely about having a night in a well-appointed setting; it’s an immersion into the essence of Modena's traditions. The Garuti family is eager to guide guests in discovering balsamic vinegar producers, cheese makers, charcuteries, wineries, beekeepers, and typical restaurants, often off the beaten path. For motor enthusiasts, there’s the chance to visit the headquarters and museums of renowned brands like Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, and Pagani.

Strategically located, the bed and breakfast is easily accessible by car, thanks to its proximity to the West ring road and highway exits, as well as public transport: the bus stop is just a short walk away, and the train station is about a twenty-minute walk. Guests also have access to a covered internal parking area, a relaxation zone, a garden with a gazebo, a shuttle service to the station, restaurant reservation assistance, and support in organizing tours and visits.

Le Noci di Feo is a place where guests feel embraced, where every detail tells a story, and where Emilian hospitality is expressed in its deepest meaning: simplicity, warmth, and sharing.
Rooms and Rates

Fresh, locally sourced fruit, homemade cakes, bread, jams, local cheeses, and cured meats, along with a selection of teas and herbal infusions always available, make breakfast an authentic and relaxing experience to savor at a leisurely pace in a welcoming and well-cared-for environment.

Area Semicentro

Le Noci di Feo is situated in the serene countryside north of Modena, making it an ideal spot for those seeking a stay surrounded by nature while being just minutes away from the city center. The area, formerly known as Mulini Nuovi, still retains an authentic ambiance characterized by tranquility, leisurely rhythms, and rural views that narrate the history of the region.

Despite the peaceful surroundings, the location is highly convenient: the historic center can be reached by car in a matter of minutes, or by taking the bus that stops right in front of the property. The train station is approximately a twenty-minute walk away, and the proximity to the Ovest ring road allows easy access to the Modena Nord (A1) and Campogalliano (A22) highway exits.
