The relaxing and well-maintained atmosphere encourages guests to feel right at home.

Breakfast, prepared in accordance with current regulations, features a selection of packaged products, including croissants, toasted bread, jams, spreads, yogurt, fruit juices, teas, and herbal infusions. There is also a coffee machine with Borbone pods and a kettle available.

The residence is located in the Madregolo district of Collecchio, easily accessible from Via Emilia or the A1 Parma Ovest highway exit. The village, characterized by a small number of houses, is named after Via del Borgo and is connected to both Via Roma, the main road, and Strada Chiesa. The latter leads to a green area equipped with playgrounds for children and, continuing along the path, to the Pieve di Madregolo, which is the starting point for marked trails that delve into the Taro Park. Parking is available near the house, if space permits, or alternatively, it can be found for free along Via Roma and Strada Chiesa, just a few meters from the apartment.
