Description
The Agriturismo is located in the hilly area of Friuli, near S. daniele del Friuli. The building dates back to the 1700 and used to be the ancient stabels of the nearby castle of Susans. The whole Agriturismo is furnished with local ancient furniture, which have been restored. The Agriturismo opened in the summer 2001, it houses 4 very spacious rooms: 2 doubles: Maggiociondolo and Ciliegio, one 4 beds rooms, Liberty, which have been design with special care for people with special needs and one single room, Mirto, which can be connected to one of the two doubles. All rooms with exeption of the Mirto have private bathrooms. The Agriturismo offers overnight accommodation and Continental breakfast.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 29 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 1% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 28 to 14 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 1% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 13 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM
No municipal tax will be charged
Fresh towels every 3 days

Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €6.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs, rodents, birds, reptiles of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times

- A one-time additional cost of 10 € for final cleaning

A deposit of € 50.00 per room is required upon arrival, which will be returned if there is no damage.

Ottima struttura. Un soggiorno in coppia decisamente piacevole, la struttura è antica e curata nei minimi dettagli, sia negli interni che negli esterni. La camera molto pulita, la colazione ottima con prodotti freschi del forno e la proprietaria decisamente gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti quelli che vogliano godersi un momento di relax in un ambiente caldo e accogliente tra le splendide colline friulane!

La struttura è incantevole, zona tranquilla a parte il campanaro al mattino, l'arredamento d'epoca è molto bello ma poco funzionale, mi sono comunque trovata bene

Susans di Majano, is located on top of a hill at the geografical centre of the region Friuli Venezia Giulia. It is easily reachable via the SS 463 Gemona-Codroipo-Portogruaro and via the Freeway A23 and A4.

CONNECTIONS VIA FREEWAY

Freeway A4 Venice-Triest, take the exit Portogruaro, on the Cimpello-Sequals, exit at Spilimbergo, direction Dignano-San Daniele del Friuli-Gemona del Friuli. Once in Majano at the cross road Majano (Mobilsnaidero)-Susans, take the street on your left towards Susans. Once you are inside town, at the Monument for the people that died during the war, in grey stone with pines in the back, take the white street just next to the Monument and you will arrive to the Agriturismo .
