Within the property, two enchanting gardens, enclosed by ancient stone walls and bordered by the Varmo River, provide a serene and picturesque retreat.

The accommodation features two double rooms, one with a sauna, and a spacious quadruple room, all equipped with private bathrooms. The interiors, characterized by wooden floors and exposed beams, create a warm and inviting ambiance. Just 4 km from Codroipo, the villa is strategically positioned for visiting some of the most renowned destinations in Friuli Venezia Giulia, including Villa Manin, Lignano, Aquileia, and the Base Camp of the Frecce Tricolori.
