Casa Carrer is a cozy and sustainable bed & breakfast that emerged from the renovation of a farmhouse from the early 1900s, located in San Giovanni di Livenza, just minutes from Sacile. The establishment blends the simplicity of Friulian tradition with modern comfort, providing guests with a tranquil stay, whether for leisure or business.

The four rooms – Malva, Girasole, Lavanda, and Menta – are decorated in a rustic style featuring exposed beams, stone or tiled floors, and views of the garden. Each room has a private bathroom, air conditioning, underfloor heating, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The Lavanda room is designed for accessibility, while the Girasole room can accommodate up to three guests.

Every morning, a hearty breakfast featuring sweet and savory options is served, made with local products that showcase the authentic flavors of the region. Guests can relax in the garden under the large mulberry tree, while bees produce honey that enhances the breakfast table.

The property has been renovated following bioarchitecture principles and utilizes energy from renewable sources, solar panels, LED lighting, and rainwater recovery systems, in line with a nature-conscious philosophy.

Alessandra, who currently manages the project inspired by her sister Laura and her partner Gilberto, warmly welcomes guests with passion and care, making their stay feel familial and enjoyable.

Casa Carrer's location allows for the exploration of the beautiful Friulian countryside, with walking or biking trails available, and there is also an e-bike rental service. In just a few minutes, guests can reach Sacile, known as "the garden of the Serenissima," making it easy to discover the historical, cultural, and natural treasures of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
