Casaletto del Pellegrino

The Casaletto del Pellegrino is a countryside house of approximately 100 square meters, surrounded by greenery, designed to provide an authentic and relaxing stay for families and couples, accommodating up to 7 people. The property is situated in a panoramic and peaceful location, just 3 km from Viterbo, a medieval city famous for its San Pellegrino district, impressive walls, and charming fountains, and about 1.8 km from the Terme delle Masse di San Sisto. Additionally, the Vallelunga racetrack is about 42 km away. A good restaurant and a bar are located just a few meters from the house.

The villa features a bright living area and a comfortable sleeping area. The living space welcomes guests with an entrance, a bathroom with a shower, a dining room, and a spacious open-plan area that includes a living room and a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a cooking hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a refrigerator, an espresso and American coffee machine (with included pods), a kettle, and everything necessary for cooking independently. Additional amenities include a TV, a washing machine, and an iron, ensuring maximum convenience even for longer stays.

The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms, including double rooms and smaller rooms, all air-conditioned to provide comfort in every season. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub/shower combination. Guests will find bed linens and towels, soap, shampoo, a hairdryer, and a safe. Heating is provided by either a heat pump or a pellet stove.

Outside, a fenced garden of about 500 square meters for exclusive use offers ideal spaces for relaxation and socializing. There are two barbecues available, one traditional charcoal grill and one gas grill, perfect for enjoying outdoor barbecues. The property also features a patio, terrace, a ping-pong table, private internal parking with access through an automatic gate, and free Wi-Fi.

Pets are welcome, as hospitality is an integral part of the house's philosophy. The name reflects the proximity to the Via Francigena, which passes about 1 km away: the Casaletto is registered as a hospitality facility for pilgrims and provides a stamp for the credential. During their stay, guests enjoy complete privacy of the entire property; the manager will only be present for check-in and check-out but remains available for any needs.
