The warm and romantic interiors evoke the elegance of historic country residences and lead to a stunning glass room that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards. The experience is completed by a striking barrel room where the wine quietly rests, telling the tale of a tradition that is renewed every day.

The establishment features fifteen guest rooms and two mini-apartments, thoughtfully decorated and equipped with every comfort, making them perfect for a relaxing stay. Common areas, the garden, and the patio are available for quiet moments or private events, ceremonies, and meetings. The restaurant, which is open to external visitors on weekends, serves refined and authentic dishes made with local ingredients and garden produce, artfully paired with the wines from the Cincinnato winery. Among the specialties are fresh pasta, lamb with pecorino sauce, and traditional desserts from Cori.

Breakfast is a moment of true delight, featuring warm cakes prepared by the chef, handmade jams, traditional cookies, and hot beverages to start the day immersed in the flavors of the region.

For sports enthusiasts and outdoor activities, the area offers trekking, mountain biking, climbing, horseback riding, and even the "angel flight."
Guests can also enjoy the unique experience of a guided tour through the vineyards and the underground barrel cellar, discovering the secrets of aging Nero Buono and other excellent wines, accompanied by the stories of those who passionately and dedicatedly oversee every stage of production.

Cincinnato Agriturismo

Area Collina

The Cincinnato Agriturismo is situated in Cori, an ancient village perched on the Lepini Mountains, surrounded by a landscape of vineyards and olive groves that tell centuries of history and tradition. Just a few minutes on foot from the property, visitors can reach the heart of the town, where they can admire significant remnants from the Roman era, such as the Temple of Hercules, the Temple of Castor and Pollux, and the impressive cyclopean walls that still dominate the landscape today.

The location is perfect for those looking to balance moments of relaxation with the exploration of historically and naturally captivating places. Nearby is the famous Ninfa Garden, a botanical oasis regarded as one of the most beautiful in Europe, as well as the medieval villages of Sermoneta and Norma, which are home to picturesque views and timeless atmospheres.

Rome is easily accessible by car or train from the nearby Cisterna di Latina station, while the sea is only 25 kilometers away, with the option to visit the Pontine Islands, including Ponza, Ventotene, and Palmarola, thanks to convenient fast connections departing from Anzio and Terracina.

The area provides numerous opportunities for outdoor activities and sports enthusiasts: trekking along the paths of the Lepini Mountains, mountain biking, climbing, horseback riding, and even flying experiences like paragliding or the Angel's Flight. This region is rich in charm, making it an ideal spot for a stay focused on nature, art, and delicious cuisine.
