Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded
Payment terms

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
No municipal tax will be charged
Fresh towels every 7 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €30.00
Rooms are cleaned every 7 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 30.00 € per
oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €30.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs, cats, birds of small size (short-haired) for short periods by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, with pet passport, pet sleeps in a dedicated space, outside guestrooms., pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces, pets must stay in their own cage or carrier
- Garden
- A one-time additional cost of 30 € for final cleaning
Other notes
Strictly follow the internal rules of the structure displayed inside the house.
In the case of a weekly stay and for a longer period, the customer must deposit a deposit of € 150.00 (relating to any damage) which will be returned to him on departure.
In the months of January, February, March, April, October, November, December costumers have to pay both € 30.00 for final cleaning, and € 10.00 per day for the use of heating.
