Hey, I'm Marco & Simona

We are Marco and Simona, and we live in our countryside home in Cerveteri, where we welcome guests with the same care we would show to a friend. We have a passion for nature, art, and local traditions, and we have decorated each space by combining natural materials, contemporary details, and a personal touch that makes the villa warm and inviting. For us, hosting is a way to share what we love: the tranquility of the countryside, the scents of the earth, the beauty of Etruscan sites, and the vibrancy of Rome, just a few kilometers away. We enjoy guiding our guests in discovering the area, recommending authentic experiences and lesser-known places. We believe that a stay should be rejuvenating, inspiring, and make one truly feel at home. That’s why every detail is designed to convey harmony and serenity, in an environment where time slows down and every encounter leaves a lasting memory.

Area Campagna

The area of Cerveteri is a blend of nature, sea, and ancient history. Just a few minutes from Villa La Giulia, you'll find the spacious, breezy beaches of Campo di Mare, perfect for long coastal strolls or a sunset swim. Further north lies the natural oasis of Torre Flavia, a protected area where you can observe flamingos and herons among dunes, ponds, and sandy paths.

Cerveteri is renowned worldwide for the Banditaccia Necropolis, a UNESCO site that showcases Etruscan civilization through hundreds of burial mounds and tombs arranged like an ancient city of the living. It's a visually striking and evocative place that offers a genuine journey back in time.

Nearby is Lake Bracciano, surrounded by historic towns like Anguillara and Trevignano. Its clear waters are ideal for swimming, sailing, or stand-up paddleboarding, while the lakeside restaurants invite you to savor local fish dishes and wines.

Nature lovers can explore the shaded trails of the Manziana woods, the Caldara di Manziana with its sulfur springs, and the Monterano Nature Reserve, where waterfalls, ruins, and wooded hills create cinematic landscapes.

In about half an hour by train, you can reach Rome, with its squares, museums, and historic neighborhoods. This makes it easy to alternate days in the capital with moments of relaxation immersed in the tranquility of the countryside.

Completing the experience are the Terme della Ficoncella, near Civitavecchia, where you can unwind in natural hot springs, and the many agriturismos that offer local products, oil, wine, and cheese. Cerveteri and its surroundings combine sea, hills, and culture, providing a complete and authentic experience of the true Lazio.
