Located about 2 km from the coastline and a half-hour drive from the Ligurian Alps, it serves as an ideal base for exploring both the coast and the countryside. The nearby 24 km cycling path, which stretches from San Lorenzo al Mare to Sanremo, offers wonderful cycling opportunities along the waterfront.

The establishment is situated in the hills of Bussana, a district of Sanremo, just a few kilometers from Arma di Taggia. The route to reach it is characteristic of Liguria, featuring narrow and winding roads that are easily navigable. Parking is available on the property. The recently built villa overlooks the sea and includes two double rooms and a family room accommodating up to five guests. The rooms, which boast sea views, are thoughtfully decorated, blending antique and modern elements. Guests can enjoy a bathroom equipped with a double sink, a whirlpool bathtub, and a shower, in addition to a smaller second bathroom with a shower.

The house, simple yet inviting, utilizes a photovoltaic system for energy and hot water production, demonstrating a commitment to environmental sustainability. A continental breakfast is served in the dining room or, during the warmer months, in the garden, where guests can savor fresh produce from the garden along with homemade specialties like cakes, focaccia, and canestrelli, as well as baked goods from the family bakery. The garden is available for relaxation and for those wishing to host a barbecue, featuring a designated area with a refrigerator, freezer, sink, and utensils. There are no restrictions on evening return times, but guests are asked to respect the tranquility of the property.

I am a passionate musician, specializing in piano and singing, and I teach at a public school in Sanremo. Dance is one of my great passions, which I've practiced since I was a child! I also run a theater workshop for middle and high school students. I have two children: Emanuele, who is studying engineering in Turin, and Beatrice, who is attending Dams in Bologna. Our family loves animals; we have four beloved furry friends: three cats and Syrius, a beautiful Croatian stray who warmly welcomes our guests and friends when they visit! I enjoy hosting people in my home and am not afraid to share my space; I firmly believe that sharing enriches life. It’s amazing how new friendships can form in an instant! I feel fortunate to live in a beautiful place and I am excited to share it with my guests: almost everyone who has visited has taken at least one photo in my garden! Knowing that the view I cherish daily will remain in the memories of so many brings me joy and pride. If you enjoy chatting, you will be in great company! Just 2 km away are the beaches of Bussana, all equipped and free to access, where you can set up your own umbrella or rent sunbeds and loungers without an entry fee. Even during peak season, parking is convenient and readily available.

The coastline features a beautiful cycling and walking path that stretches for 40 km, from San Lorenzo al Mare to Ospedaletti, lined with bars, restaurants, and direct access to the sea. One of the entry points is at Bussana Mare, less than 2 km from the establishment. The inland areas boast stunning landscapes and charming medieval villages steeped in history and allure, such as Dolceacqua, Apricale, and Triora.

Only 35 km away is the French Riviera, with Menton reachable in under an hour and Monte Carlo shortly thereafter. By highway, Nice can be reached in about 45 minutes. The region is lively with numerous events throughout the year, providing even more reasons to explore this corner of Liguria.
