The location is perfect for those seeking tranquility without sacrificing convenience: we are just 2 km from the Spotorno exit of the A10 motorway and a 10-minute drive from Finale Ligure.

Here, you will experience a warm family welcome and a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for lovers of the sea and nature. Just 4 km away, you will find the stunning beaches of Spotorno, Noli, and Varigotti, where you can enjoy sailing, diving, and other water sports. For trekking and mountain biking enthusiasts, the Manie Plateau offers breathtaking trails, while climbing lovers will find the rock faces of Finale Ligure an unmissable destination.

Our cozy and quiet rooms ensure a comfortable stay, each equipped with a private bathroom. The breakfast, plentiful and customizable, is a special moment to start the day with genuine products.

Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, nearby parking, shuttle service, and a strong emphasis on eco-sustainability and bio/vegan needs. For those wishing to have a meal on-site, we provide a kitchen, refrigerator, dishes, and a table, with the option to order food from outside. Our breakfast, abundant and wholesome, is an experience of authentic flavors featuring organic and local products. You'll find homemade jams, fresh eggs from free-range hens, cakes made from scratch like our special "Badina," and tarts made with high-quality ingredients among the delightful offerings on the table.

Whenever possible, we also prepare our own organic bread, accompanied by focaccia, brioche, yogurt, seasonal fruit, and a coffee that we take great pride in. We offer soy and oat milk and pay close attention to dietary needs, allowing for a customized breakfast based on intolerances or preferences.

Each year, we enhance our offerings with increasingly healthy choices, as we believe breakfast is a time for sharing. Upon request, we provide gluten-free products, fortified breakfasts for athletes, and a special focus on vegan tastes, thanks to the advice of our chef friend.
