Balance to be paid at check-in For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility: - pets of any size by prior agreement with the host - Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
It was all fantastic. The owners were very polite, the place was very clean and organized. Our aperitivo in the tinozza was amazing, everything was just perfect. We will definitely go back again. Thanks ❤️❤️❤️.

I had a great time. My partner and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend and had an aperitif in the tub! An experience to repeat! I thank Flavia infinitely, always very kind, caring, and attentive in preparing gluten-free dishes for me. An accurate attention that I appreciated very much. Owners available at check-in time, they prepared everything according to our wishes. Even the aperitif in the Nordic bath. And the structure has been recently renovated: top bathroom!
It's nice when you arrive at a new property and feel at home. The guys are very kind and helpful. The attention to detail and the love they put into everything they do shines through everywhere. Congratulations, if I were to come back to the area I would certainly like to return.

Fantastic place of peace in nature, cared for in every detail and a plentiful breakfast with fruit from their garden. Pure relaxation. Congratulations.
We went there with my boyfriend for the weekend and we fell in love with this place. The room is spacious and comfortable. Definitely try the Finnish tub. The owner is very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back.

It's truly a fairy-tale place, an oasis of relaxation immersed in nature.
