Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 3 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 4 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €20.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms

We have stayed twice with Carlo and Monica. They have put a great deal of time, thought, and investment into making their B&B excellent value for money in a superb location. I wish I could live there permanently!

Convenient location, friendly host. Good swimming pool All rooms in 1 building, so noisy from time to time. A/C available but not working well. Good breakfast, home made pie, fruit etc every day, but everyday the same. Would recommend B&B Vignola to people visiting 5 terre.

When we arrived the owners' dog was in the reception area. I am truly afraid of dogs and don't like their smell. I was worried this will ruin my holiday but fortunately I only saw the dog once again during our stay. And to be fair it didn't even bark at us! Hosts are very nice, friendly and helpful. Parking is available which is a must as you need a car to drive to centre/train station which is not very far but since the B&B is on a hill its not easy to walk up the hill. Breakfast is delicious and abundant. The pool area is such a marvellous relaxing place. Free wifi is available too.

Accueil et service irréprochable, propriétaire très sympatique qui nous a prété un pass parking pour garer gratuitement la voiture et offert une bouteille de vin local en partant. Chambres spacieuses et très propres. Cadre très reposant avec jolie piscine. Adresse incontournable.

Bel endroit, propre, calme, un peu éloigné de la ville. Propriétaires accueillants, disponibles et compréhensifs (suite à obligation départ précipité). Revoir le fléchage, surtout pour nous français. Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Supernette hosts with Carlo and Monica. Great breakfast and beautiful location. Also super is the parking pass for Levanto. Carlo provides excursion suggestions for a whole week. Highly recommended:).

Sehr schönes B&B, mit Pool und sehr netten Vermieter. Wir waren 14 Tage dort und haben den Pool oft genutzt. Es wären mehr Sonnenschirme und Ständer nötig. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 5-10 Autominuten außerhalb von Levanto. Man bekommt vom Vermieter eine kostenlose Parkkarte mit der man am Bahnhof umsonst parken kann. Das fanden wir super. Vom Bahnhof bis zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nochmal ca. 15 Min. Wir haben das gewusst und fanden unseren Urlaub wunderschön.

Very beautiful structure, well taken care of in every detail. Excellent location. Top cleanliness. Excellent, quality and abundant breakfast. We also had dinner and everything was very good. The managers are kind and hospitable... in short, we feel at home. Excellent value for money, we will definitely be back.

B&B strategico per chi come noi vuole visitare le 5 terre. Il fatto di avere in dotazione il pass per i parcheggi è molto comodo. Colazione abbondante e gestore disponibilissimo. Un grosso valore aggiunto dato dalla piscina.

Struttura molto carina in un ambiente molto tranquillo ad appena 5 minuti da Levanto. La simpatia e la cordialità del padrone di casa fa il resto. Dimenticavo ottima e varia la colazione!
