The property features two independent apartments, Fior d’Olivo and Il Frantoio, designed to provide privacy, comfort, and cozy spaces. The interiors are tastefully decorated and equipped with a fully functional kitchen, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. Outside, each apartment has dedicated green spaces, including a garden, relaxation area, and pool, ideal for enjoying peaceful moments among the olive trees. Guests also have access to a barbecue, washing machine, and private parking.

Fior d’Olivo is a spacious and bright apartment, perfect for families or small groups of friends. The interior spaces are comfortable and well-organized, featuring a living room, equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and two bathrooms complete with bidet and hairdryer. Outdoors, there is a delightful garden with a panoramic terrace and a seasonal pool, perfect for relaxation on summer days. Bed linens and towels are provided, and guests can use free bicycles to explore the surroundings.

Il Frantoio is created from the restoration of an ancient stone oil mill, renovated while preserving its original charm. The atmosphere is intimate and enchanting, with details that evoke Ligurian tradition, creating an ideal space for a romantic and private getaway, immersed in the tranquility of the countryside.

Il Casale is also a family story. Its roots trace back to the late 1800s when great-grandfather Gandolfo Giuseppe worked the land as a tenant farmer and, in 1902, managed to purchase the estate, turning it into the family home. In the 1930s, grandfather Gandolfo Eugenio enhanced the structure with wooden beam roofing and terracotta flooring, features that are still meticulously maintained today. After decades of care by Uncle Giuseppe, the family undertook a thoughtful restoration that revealed the property's authentic character, including the recovery of the ancient oil mill.

Today, Il Casale welcomes guests with the same simplicity and authenticity as always, offering a relaxing stay amidst nature, history, and the sea, in the heart of genuine Liguria. There is no 24-hour reception; guests are kindly asked to communicate their arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
