La Maestà di Alice is situated in a strategic location at the boundary between Liguria and Tuscany, surrounded by the tranquility of the countryside while being close to numerous tourist and natural attractions. The area features a diverse landscape that ranges from lush green hills to sandy coastlines, allowing guests to alternate between relaxing days at the beach and cultural or nature excursions.

Just a short drive away are the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana, perfect for those who enjoy the sea and the convenience of well-equipped beach facilities. Continuing along the coast, one can discover charming fishing villages like Lerici, San Terenzo, and Portovenere, which overlook one of the most picturesque stretches of the Ligurian Sea. The proximity to the Sarzana train station makes it easy to explore the stunning Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage site, as well as the city of Pisa, famous for its leaning tower.

The region is rich in history and traditions, with the medieval center of Sarzana still retaining the allure of ancient fortifications, cobblestone streets, and artisan shops. Nature enthusiasts can venture along the trails of the Montemarcello-Magra Regional Park or travel further to the Apuan Alps, home to the renowned Carrara marble quarries that have inspired artists and sculptors for centuries.

In just a few kilometers, one can also reach Versilia, with its elegant towns of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, ideal for strolling among boutiques, markets, and seaside establishments. Thus, La Maestà di Alice serves as an excellent starting point for discovering the diverse landscapes and cultural offerings of this borderland, providing authentic and unforgettable experiences.
