The facility comprises two independent and adjacent rooms, complete with private parking and shared outdoor spaces including a garden and panoramic veranda. The larger and brighter room, Horizon, boasts a terrace with sea views and a spacious bathroom featuring a corner bathtub and double sink. The more intimate and cozy room, Once Upon a Time, overlooks the garden and comes with its own private patio. Both rooms are equipped with modern amenities such as a refrigerator, Nespresso machine, kettle, safe, and complimentary toiletries, along with access to a fully equipped summer kitchen.

Breakfast is served every morning from 7:00 to 10:30 in the covered veranda with views of the sea and the Maritime Alps. It is offered in a buffet style, featuring a variety of sweet and savory items. Guests can help themselves to a selection of cakes, croissants, bread, jams, yogurt, fresh fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, juices, and hot beverages.
