Nestled in an independent duplex house partly constructed with the traditional Pietra del Finale, our cozy accommodation is situated on the first hill overlooking Finalborgo. It enjoys a sunny location surrounded by greenery, just ten minutes from the sea and a twenty-minute walk from the heart of the medieval village. The environment is private and quiet, featuring an independent entrance with no adjoining rooms, making it ideal for those seeking peace and privacy.

The lodging comprises two adjacent rooms: one double and one single, with a private bathroom located in front of the bedroom. It is perfect for couples, families with children, or small groups, with the option to add up to two additional beds for younger guests, thanks to the availability of a travel crib, bed rail, and bath tub. For solo travelers or couples, flexible options are available depending on the season and availability.

Each space is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, fans, Wi-Fi, and opens onto a private terrace furnished with a table and chairs, providing a relaxing spot to enjoy a coffee. Additionally, there is an outdoor area on the lower floor set up for summer breakfasts. The property offers internal parking and covered storage for bicycles, a feature appreciated by cycling enthusiasts.

Breakfast, included in the stay, is mostly sweet and typically Italian, featuring fresh croissants, cookies, toasted bread, homemade jams, Ligurian focaccia, yogurt with muesli, honey, seasonal fruit, and hot beverages. It is served in the garden or in a designated area between 8:00 and 9:30, at a time agreed upon the day before. Upon request and for a small additional fee, gluten-free, vegan, lactose-free, or savory breakfast options are available. Plant-based milk is always on hand.

Cleaning and towel changes are carried out every two days in the morning, starting at 10:30. Check-in is scheduled between 18:00 and 20:30, with the possibility of early check-in for an extra charge, while check-out must be completed by 11:00.

The area is perfect for hiking, scenic walks, and outdoor activities. The climbing walls of Finale Ligure are easily accessible, as are the main shuttle stations for bikers. Just a few minutes on foot, a traditional restaurant serves excellent local cuisine, while the picturesque Strada Beretta winds through vineyards and offers views of the San Giovanni fortress, leading to the historic center of Finalborgo, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy.
