On the first hill of Chiavari, in a peaceful and scenic location just minutes away from all essential services, this bright and inviting apartment is designed for those who wish to experience the area with comfort and independence. Daniela, a passionate traveler, welcomes guests with the same care and discretion she has always valued during her own stays, offering her assistance for advice and suggestions without intruding on privacy.

The accommodation, covering approximately 60 square meters, features a private entrance, independent heating, and private parking within a gated property with an electric gate. The spaces are well-distributed and airy: the master bedroom ensures tranquility, the bathroom is equipped with a shower, while the living area combines a relaxation zone and kitchen in a spacious layout, enhanced by large windows and access to the terrace. From here, the view extends over the hills of Leivi and the villages of Campodonico and Bacezza, with a glimpse of the Tigullio sea that makes breaks particularly enjoyable. The living room includes a sofa and a smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, dishes, an electric oven, a dishwasher, an espresso coffee machine, and a kettle, allowing guests to prepare meals freely. Upon arrival, guests will find packaged breakfast items, including toast, bread, jams, milk, and coffee pods, enabling a simple and independent start to the day. For stays longer than a week, linens are changed weekly, and a free laundry service is included once a week for up to 6 kg.

The location is particularly strategic: in about five minutes by car, you can reach the town center, the train station, the marina, and the access to the A12 motorway. The promenade, beaches, and port can also be reached on foot with a leisurely twenty-minute walk, as can the charming historic center and “Caruggio Dritto, ” or Via Martiri della Liberazione. From the port, boats depart for iconic locations like Portofino, San Fruttuoso, and the Cinque Terre, while the train allows for easy travel along the coast to Santa Margherita Ligure, Camogli, and Genoa. Although the area is tucked away and quiet, it is served by supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, and restaurants within a few minutes' reach.

The hillside makes the use of a car or scooter advisable, but it also offers the possibility of pleasant walks amidst nature and coastal views. Pets are not allowed. Here, comfort, views, and location come together to provide a relaxing, practical, and authentic stay, perfect for discovering the Levante region of Liguria through its sea, villages, and scenic trails.

Area Collina

The house is situated on the hills overlooking Chiavari, in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery, where the landscape features cultivated hills, olive groves, and views of the Tigullio sea. It’s an ideal setting for those seeking tranquility away from traffic while still being a short distance from the beach and the vibrant town center. In just a few minutes, you can reach supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bakery, and restaurants, making it convenient even for longer stays.

Descending towards the center reveals the more elegant side of the city, with its tree-lined promenade, equipped beaches, and the marina, which serves as a departure point for sea excursions along the coastline. The historic center is a pleasure to explore on foot, with arcades, pastel-colored buildings, and shops, centered around the charming Caruggio, Via Martiri della Liberazione, which represents the heart of shopping and evening strolls. The atmosphere is lively yet never chaotic, with bars and venues facing the sea that invite you to pause at sunset.

The location is particularly strategic for exploring the Ligurian Levante. By car or boat, you can easily reach iconic spots like Portofino and the bay of San Fruttuoso, nestled between the lush promontory and the crystal-clear water. To the east lies the stunning landscape of the Cinque Terre, with its colorful villages perched on the cliffs, easily accessible by train. Also nearby are Camogli and Santa Margherita Ligure, perfect for a day of beach fun and scenic walks, while to the west, Genoa offers a rich historical and cultural heritage.

Behind the coast, a surprising inland area unfolds, filled with scenic trails, small villages, and trekking paths through forests and ridges overlooking the sea, suitable even for those who prefer easier hikes. This combination of sea, nature, and quick connections makes the region perfect for alternating days of relaxation on the beach, cultural visits, and outdoor excursions, providing a complete and authentic experience of the Ligurian Riviera.
