Villa Caterina is a charming farmhouse nestled in the hilly landscape of Levanto, just 2 km from the town center and the beach, and within a short distance from the Cinque Terre National Park. The renovation of the house has preserved the traditional features of Ligurian homes, maintaining authentic elements such as thick walls, slate, wrought iron, and wooden shutters that reflect the region's rural past.

Surrounded by a terraced garden with exposed stone walls, the property is part of a farm that primarily produces olive oil, as well as cultivating vineyards, fruit trees, and roses. The natural setting and tranquility of the area provide an ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday.

Villa Caterina offers four bright double rooms, each with a private bathroom, linens, towels, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, a kettle with tea and herbal infusions, and Wi-Fi connection. For larger families, there are options with designated areas in the garden and a lounge area equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and sink, perfect for sharing enjoyable moments together. The entire property can be rented, accommodating up to eight guests.

Villa Caterina is situated in the lush countryside of Levanto, just two kilometers from both the beach and the historic center. Nestled in tranquility, the property serves as the perfect starting point for discovering the wonders of the Cinque Terre, which can be easily accessed on foot via a scenic trail that takes about two and a half hours, or by train in just five minutes from the Levanto station, located a kilometer and a half away.

For walking enthusiasts, the area features an extensive network of trails winding through the medieval villages of the Levanto valley. Among these is the bike and pedestrian path that connects Bonassola and Framura, running along the tunnels of the old railway line, offering unique views of beautiful coves. The highway, just a 15-minute drive away, provides access to art cities like Genoa, Lucca, and Pisa in about an hour.

Levanto, famous for its beach among surfers, also boasts a lively historic center, a small harbor, and numerous sports activities, including mountain biking, diving, sailing, and paragliding. Behind the coast lies the Val di Vara, known for its organic farming, characterized by lush nature and quaint villages.
