At Villa Paggi, breakfast is a special moment, served from 8:30 to 10:30 in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. On lovely days, guests can enjoy their meal on the covered terrace, taking in the beautiful views of the valley and the sea. Upon request, we prepare gluten-free bread and pastries for those on a gluten-free diet.

Breakfast features a delightful array of genuine flavors and carefully selected products. It begins with Italian or American coffee, tea, hot and cold milk, accompanied by fruit juices. Guests will find homemade bread, focaccia, cakes, and cookies to enjoy with butter, yogurt, cereals, and our artisanal jams made from garden fruits.

For those who prefer savory flavors, we offer organic cheeses from the Aveto Valley or Varese Ligure, as well as Emilia-Romagna cured meats like Parma ham, salami, or mortadella, and hard-boiled eggs. Local organic honey and fresh seasonal fruit round out this culinary experience, providing guests with a delicious and authentic start to their day.

My name is Alessandra, and in the past, I lived in Bologna, where I worked as a pharmacist. My interests include swimming, diving, kayaking, and sailing. My husband Gianluca, who was an industrial designer in Bologna, is truly a "king" in the kitchen, possessing a special talent for making homemade bread, sweets, and jams. Together, we enjoy hiking in the mountains, skiing, and exploring our surroundings. Villa Paggi is your home away from home. Here, you'll have the chance to discover Liguria not just as a tourist, but through the perspective of a local. Our B&B provides the comfort of a high-quality hotel while offering the warm atmosphere of an Italian home. Please note that Villa Paggi is not a traditional hotel, so we do not have a 24-hour reception. We kindly ask that you arrive during check-in hours, from 3 PM to 7 PM. Gianluca and I will be delighted to welcome you and share our knowledge of the area with you.

In just 30 minutes by car, you can explore Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino. We are located 50 km from the Cinque Terre and 45 km from Genoa, which is home to the famous aquarium—a must-visit for children of all ages—and the UNESCO-listed city center. The nearest restaurant is 2 km away, while in Chiavari and Lavagna, 8 km from Villa Paggi, you'll find a variety of restaurants and shops.
