The property features five guest rooms and an apartment, accommodating a total of twelve guests, all thoughtfully decorated in the local style. Each accommodation comes with a private bathroom equipped with modern amenities, a TV, independent air conditioning, a safe, and Wi-Fi access.

Guests can unwind in the wellness center, work out in the gym, or enjoy the private park, which includes a swimming pool, peaceful corners, and gazebos for reading. Breakfast offers a selection of local products, including wines, jams, honey, and flours sourced from the family-run farm, which spans 18 hectares and adheres to sustainable farming practices. Extra virgin olive oil is made from hand-picked olives, while locally grown corn is used for the Traditional Flour of Lake Garda, a key ingredient in the classic Brescia polenta.

The agriturismo's strategic location allows for easy access to Lake Garda, Brescia, and major tourist and cultural attractions in the area, such as Sirmione, Salò, and the Vittoriale degli Italiani.
