This is a good location to use as a base to explore lake Como and Lugano and hosts Max and Nadia are very welcoming. We particularly appreciated the recommendations for restaurants in the area and Max getting us bookings with them! The building is an old cement factory so has an interesting industrial design aesthetic with a large open living area overlooking the pool. Breakfasts are great - served out in the garden. The pool is fresh and super clean with a nice seating area around it. Short walk through some trees to the lake edge. They have parking on site which would be fine for most cars but we found access a little tricky for our particularly large car.

Landlord Max und Landlady Nadia sind sehr zuvorkommend und helfen bei der Restaurantauswahl und Reservation. Zum Frühstück gibt es jeden Tag diverse frische Früchte und eine neue, selbst zubereitete Überraschung. Schöner, sauberer Swimminpool. Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz ist gewöhnungsbedürftig - dafür ist das Auto hinter einem verschlossenen Tor in Sicherheit.

Max et Nadia sont charmants, ils sont de bons conseils, parlent - comprennent le français, ils sont aux petits soins. Maison originale, dans quartier au calme à 50 mètres du Lac, délicieux petit déjeuner maison. Toute la famille vous remercie.

Ausgefallene, liebevoll und geschmackvoll gestaltete Unterkunft in alten Fabrikräumen. Gute Atmosphäre und ruige, schöne Lage mit Seeblick. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Das Bad ist zwar nicht direkt im Zimmer, sondern gegenüber: daran hat man sich aber schnell gewöhnt. Dafür gibt es aus dem Zimmer einen direkten Zugang zum Garten und Swimmingpool. Zu jedem Frühstück gibt es eine Überraschung von Max. Nadja und Max sind sehr nette und entgegenkommenende Besitzer, die Spaß und Freude an der Vermietung haben. Max hat auf alle Fragen die passende und praktische Antwort. Gute Restaurant-Tipps einschl. Reservierung. Hinter einem Tor ist auch das Auto gut untergebracht. Es waren wunderbare, erholsame Tage!

Nous sommes une famille avec deux enfants et avons reçu un accueil chaleureux. Nous parlons très peu italien mais avons facilement communiqué avec Max et Nadia qui sont des hôtes fantastiques. Ils habitent sur place et nous ont partagé plein d'informations sur les alentours. La chambre était confortable et grande. Le village est tout petit mais accessible à pied depuis la maison, très appréciable.

Con mio marito e il bimbo abbiamo deciso di "staccare" e fare una fuga dalla città per un weekend lungo e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il B&B è posizionato accanto a un torrente fronte lago: in una zona un pochino scomoda da raggiungere la prima volta, ma molto molto suggestiva e riservata. dal B&B è possibile raggiungere il centro passando vicino il lago sul un ponticello che attraversa il torrente. la camera è molto spaziosa e ristrutturata in stile industry con bagno riservato ma esterno alla camera: per noi non è stato un problema per i pochi giorni del soggiorno. la piscina appena fuori la camera è stata un bel valore aggiunto visto la passione per l'acqua del mio piccolino. I gestori davvero ospitali, prodighi di consigli su cosa fare nei dintorni e dove mangiare: assolutamente consigli da seguire. ottima la colazione sotto il pergolato a bordo piscina.

Abbiamo trascorso un bel weekend, la struttura ha soddisfatto le le nostre esigenze e le nostre aspettative, buona la posizione con la spiaggia poco distante per godersi il lago. Colazione abbondante servita in piscina con accuratezza da professionisti dell'ospitalità.

Prima kamer, mooi zwembad, heerlijk ontbijt, kleinschalig, persoonlijk met dank aan Max;) Ook tips van Max over waar je kunt eten; welke uitstapjes etc waren erg welkom! Kortom; een echte aanrader!
