The garden features a swimming pool with a sun deck (5x8 meters), perfect for unwinding after a walk to the lake, which can be reached in just a few minutes by crossing a park. The breakfast, thoughtfully prepared and served in the common area or outdoors, includes both Italian and international options: homemade cakes, toasted bread, jams, fresh juices, and local sweet and savory specialties.

Each room comes equipped with satellite TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and access to private parking, which includes motorcycle coverage. Located just a 5-minute drive from Menaggio and 40 km from Como, the location is ideal for boat excursions and exploring the coastline.

Nadia and Max, both with extensive experience in hospitality, chose to return to the shores of their hometown lake to create a place where warmth and authenticity are at the heart of the experience.
