Nestled in the charm of a beautifully restored old farmhouse, the B&B "Al Pozzo" is located along the road leading to the Basilica of San Pietro al Monte, a masterpiece of Romanesque art from the 10th to 11th century. Its prime location allows guests to explore the majestic surrounding mountains, including Monte Cornizzolo, a well-known paragliding launch site.

The apartment, situated in a 16th-century building in the square of a medieval village, has been fully renovated and features cozy and functional spaces. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and satellite TV. Just three minutes away, there is a climbing crag suitable for enthusiasts, with routes of varying difficulty levels.

Being only 4 km from Lecco, visitors can enjoy the evocative landscapes that inspired Manzoni along the shores of Lake Como. The connections to Milan, Como, Bergamo, Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio, and Switzerland are quick and convenient, making this property an excellent base for exploring the area.

Barbara and Beppe, along with their two children, Ale and Franci, warmly welcome guests like a true family. Passionate about the mountains and nature, they cultivate a garden with organic vegetables and share their home with two dogs and about twenty goats. The milk produced on the farm is used to create delicious cheese, which is served at breakfast and in the family’s traditional trattoria where guests can enjoy a genuine dinner without having to travel.

The breakfast provides a typically continental experience and includes a selection of delicious homemade cakes, yogurt, cereals, artisanal organic jams, whole grain and multigrain bread, fresh fruit or fruit salad, as well as Nutella, cocoa, and freshly squeezed juices or fruit drinks, along with other packaged products.

Upon request, you will have the chance to enjoy our delightful goat cheese, fresh eggs from our hens, and a variety of cold cuts.

Depending on the weather conditions, you can enjoy breakfast inside our cozy establishment by a warm fireplace, or in our garden, under a pergola, with a spectacular view of the lake!
