On the northern side of Valtellina, just a short walk from Teglio, the birthplace of the famous pizzocchero, the Ca’ Branchi bed & breakfast welcomes guests in a charming rustic setting surrounded by nature and the tranquility of the woods.

The establishment features two comfortable double rooms, perfect for a relaxing stay. Each morning, a hearty breakfast is served, included with the stay, to start the day off right.

Its strategic location allows guests to reach the Prato Valentino ski resort and the Tirano train station, from which the scenic Bernina Express departs, in about fifteen minutes by car. Nearby, well-known destinations such as Aprica, Bormio, Santa Caterina Valfurva, Livigno, the Engadine, and St. Moritz are also easily accessible, making it ideal for excursions and sports throughout the year.

Directions to reach our Bed & Breakfast.

From Sondrio: Starting in Sondrio, head towards San Giacomo and take the left road that ascends towards Teglio. After navigating two hairpin turns, you'll reach a fork in the road: turn left here. Continue past the hamlet of Castelvetro, and when you arrive at Casa Branchi, turn right following the signs for Somasassa. At the end of the descent through Casa Branchi, make a right turn and then an immediate left, executing a smooth "S" curve. You'll find yourself on a dirt road; after about 200 meters, turn right and continue straight to our cozy bed & breakfast.

From Tirano or Aprica: If you're coming from Tirano or Aprica, at Tresenda, turn right following the road towards Teglio. Pass the hamlet of Castelvetro, and upon reaching Casa Branchi, turn right towards Somasassa. At the end of the descent through Casa Branchi, turn right and then immediately left, making a sharp "S" curve. At this point, you'll be on a dirt path; after 200 meters, turn right and keep going straight until you arrive at our bed & breakfast.
