The main house, recently renovated, houses the B&B rooms while preserving the charm of period architecture, providing both comfort and tranquility. The expansive, tree-lined park surrounding the property is equipped with loungers for relaxation and bicycles available for guests, perfect for exploring the area.

The management is family-run and attentive, offering a warm welcome and a genuine willingness to share travel experiences and engaging conversations. Breakfast is served in a tastefully decorated room and includes a selection of fresh pastries, savory snacks, coffee, milk, fresh juices, fruit juices, and yogurt, designed to start the day off deliciously.

Located in Formigosa, a peaceful district just 6 km from the center of Mantova, the property is situated in the heart of the Mincio Park. The natural environment surrounding it is ideal for hiking or biking along the riverbanks. Fishing enthusiasts will find plenty of spots both along the Mincio and the internationally renowned Canal Fissero-Tartaro. The bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the B&B entrance, allowing easy access to the city center in under half an hour, even without a car.
