Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size
- Kept on a leash, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- Garden
- A one-time additional cost of 15 € for final cleaning

B & B Garzola is located in Ossuccio 800 meters from the lakeshore, B & B Garzola features a terrace overlooking Lake Como and Bellagio, a simple, comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi.
When the weather permits, the buffet breakfast is served on the terrace.
With free parking, the B & B is 700 meters from the nearest bus stop, with service to the Como train station.
