Nestled in greenery and located in a quiet area, the B&B “Betta 47” has been constructed in accordance with ecological standards, featuring solar panels and underfloor heating. The establishment offers two rooms with private bathrooms, complimentary Wi-Fi, and on-site parking. Due to its secluded location and private road with no traffic, it ensures privacy and tranquility, making it essential to use a car for transportation.

It is situated in the most scenic part of Cantù, just a 5-minute drive from the center and 15 minutes from Como. The location is perfect for easily accessing Lake Como, Milan with its trade fairs, Monza and its racetrack, as well as nearby Switzerland, including Lugano. Within a few minutes, you can find the Cantù hospital, the Sant’Anna hospital in Como, and the E-Campus University in Novedrate.

Cantù is a city rich in craftsmanship tradition, renowned for its furniture and lace production, and it hosts significant sporting events, such as basketball games. The B&B features a private entrance and private parking, allowing guests to come and go independently. Each room has a private bathroom, and upon request at the time of booking, guests can choose between a double bed or two single beds, with the option to add a third bed.
